Christopher Cuda (LISW)

I am a therapist licensed in Ohio with over 25 years of experience working as a counselor. I have worked with diverse range of clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, divorce, parenting problems, career challenges, autism, and ADHD. I also helped many people who have experienced separation from their families with a history of neglect, sexual abuse, physical trauma, and emotional abuse. My therapy style is warm and interactive and always with a touch of humor. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I also believe directness to show respect for your intelligence and time. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, experiential, psychodynamic and rational-emotive therapy, and reality therapy. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
