I graduated with a Bachelors in Psychology from Flagler College in Saint Augustine, FL and a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University in Tampa, FL. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, client-centered, and motivational interviewing techniques. I have experience working with individuals struggling with negative self-talk, low self-esteem, substance use, challenging irrational beliefs, anxiety, history of trauma, sexual dysfunctions, sexual dis-satisfaction, porn addiction, motivation enhancement and communication improvement.
