Welcome! I am a licensed professional counselor in Michigan who provides a laid back, warm, and supportive therapeutic experience. I believe that it’s important to meet you where you are – so if you cuss, I cuss; if a meme can better describe your feelings and thoughts, send it; if you just need a moment to vent, I got you. I specialize in providing safe spaces for people of color, young adults and the LGBTQIA community to be heard, validated, and supported. I acknowledge and honor the intersections of your identity, as this is so important for your healing. I’ve worked in various positions over the last 10 years, including case management, crisis therapy, and vocational counseling. I utilize utilize various therapeutic approaches including cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, interpersonal, and group therapies. I plan to help you achieve personal goals and navigate life’s challenges by providing support, education, and guidance.
