I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oklahoma with 7 years of counseling experience. I have experience in helping clients with ADHD, anxiety, depression, stress management, relationship issues, motivation, self esteem, confidence, & coping with life changes. I also have experience working with compassion fatigue, trauma responses, co-dependency, and substance abuse. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. My goal is to start an honest conversation where we can set goals together to work towards the future you want.
