I am a licensed Clinical social worker in New York with over 25 years of professional work experience centering on individuals, couples, children and families in all dynamics and situations. I also work in the area of special education advocacy. I am a licensed special education teacher and school social worker. A few of the certifications I hold are trauma, ADHD, and child abuse. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment or ridicule. I will challenge you to think out of the box and help you identify and develop tools and supports that lead to your success. I will call you on patterns and inconsistencies I observe and together we will find the function of your behavior. Everyone has the ability to live a beautiful and complete life but sometimes you need a little help to get there. Together we will identify areas of strength that we will use to build a functioning toolbox of strategies that you can easily access to insure your happiness and success.
