Crystal Evans

Crystal Evans is a Licensed Professional Counselor through the Arkansas Board of Examiners in Counseling, with over 13 years of experience in public education. During her time in public school education, Crystal spent six years counseling students and young adults, providing her with a unique perspective when assisting parents in helping their children facing difficulties. Her main areas of expertise in counseling include depression, anxiety, and identity adversities. Crystal utilizes an eclectic approach, drawing from a broad range of theoretical approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused, Reality Based, and psychoeducation, tailoring the counseling sessions to meet the individual needs of her clients. She also incorporates a holistic approach, exploring and educating her clients on the interconnection between their mind, spirit, and body. Crystal works with adults for a variety of reasons, including divorce, relationships, grief, depression, anxiety, trauma, and life changes. She aims to create a safe and nurturing atmosphere where individuals can receive the support they need to make positive changes and reconnect with their strengths and dreams.
