Hello, I’m excited to support you in creating your best life. We all have something to work on or through, and it’s my goal to help you navigate that journey. I am a mother who has lived and experienced life in all its ups and downs. My life experience and education formally and through life is what I feel makes me a very knowledgable and understanding therapist. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities to tailor your experience, recognizing that every person is unique and, therefore, their therapy should be too. I specialize in areas including divorce, separation, anxiety, trauma, and depression. I genuinely look forward to meeting you and working together to achieve your goals. Once we have scheduled a session I will require you to fill out two forms, one HIPPA form and a brief intake. This intake will allow me to get to know more about you prior to our first session. It asks questions that give me a clear picture on all aspects of you. This way we can get right to work and move a step closer to your goals for yourself.
