It has been said that life is a beautiful struggle. Often, the struggle - whether it arises from life transitions, loss, everyday stressors, or lifelong challenges - overshadows the beauty of life. It is in these times I walk alongside my clients and provide the space and time for them to develop insight and skills, grieve losses, process stressors and challenges, and rediscover joy and hope.
