I have experience in helping individuals with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, & depression. I also have experience working with those coping with life changes. I use a variety of treatment approaches such as solution focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming the challenges that are having a negative impact on your life.
