I am licensed in Virginia with 20 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, family conflicts, trauma and abuse, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Individuals that I have been able to support in therapy describe me as down to earth, very supportive, and genuine in my approach. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process. I check my messages early in the morning (between 5am -5:30AM) and in the afternoon (5pm-5:30pm).
