Hello! I am Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. I understands that to have productive therapy sessions, the client and therapist must build a strong rapport. I use a variety of modalities including: Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I am a good listener, caring, personable, and energetic. I am very tech-savvy and love to utilize technology to enhance the counseling experience.
