Hi! My name is Dasomi, and I am a licensed clinical social worker in Florida with 6+ years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, substance abuse, trauma & anger management. As a social worker, I had the privilege of witnessing how therapy or counseling can empower someone while going through difficult and tough life circumstances. If you are taking a step to seek for therapy, something in your life must have led you to this path, right? I am here to walk with you in that process of healing and building up your mental muscle. We will spend time to reflect on the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and actions, and I like to challenge my clients to think out of the box that they’ve become conditioned to. This process may be uncomfortable and challenging, but I believe change only happens when you try something different. I am open to incorporate spirituality in our sessions, as I deeply believe that we, as human beings, have an innate attraction to “something out there” then just what can be seen with our physical eyes. It tells me that there’s an ideal that each of us try to reach for in life. And I’d love to explore that with you. Let’s have a good talk.
