Denisha Salley

Denisha Salley is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over ten years of experience in the field of mental health. As a native New Yorker and a graduate of Stony Brook University, Denisha has been practicing therapy in the DMV area for the past five years. With a deep understanding and respect for different cultures, Denisha brings a wealth of valuable experiences to her practice. She is dedicated to assisting individuals in reaching their full potential and enhancing their lives on their own terms. Denisha’s approach is collaborative, believing that individuals are in control of their own lives and her role is to help navigate. She has worked with people of all ages and backgrounds, addressing a wide range of issues such as family conflicts, relationship stress, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, and severe mental illnesses. Denisha strongly believes that with the right guidance, change is possible for everyone. She specializes in areas such as anxiety disorders, relationship difficulties, parenting issues, teen issues, self-esteem, family conflicts, professional/career issues, college/graduate school issues, medical/health concerns, and anger management/stress management. Denisha would be honored to work with individuals on their journey towards personal growth and well-being.
