I am licensed mental health practitioner in California and Washington with over 40 years of professional work experience. I’m experienced in helping clients with stress, anxiety, depression, LGBTQ+ related issues, relationship issues, & family conflicts especially for people of color. I strongly believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming your challenges. My goal is to provide you clarity and assist you in utilizing your “natural toolbox” toward successfully addressing your challenges. I work Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturday mornings from 9 AM – 1 PM. (As of March 2026, my only openings are on Thursday mornings.)
