I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oklahoma with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. With over five years of experience in the mental health field, I have worked with adolescents, individuals, and families facing challenges such as stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, self-esteem, confidence, and family conflicts. Beyond therapy, I am also the author of two books, a public speaker, and a resilience coach. I specialize in helping people overcome adversity and build emotional strength. My work is deeply rooted in my passion for mental health, emotional well-being, and faith-based principles, offering a holistic approach to healing and growth. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs. Therapy is a courageous step toward healing, and I commend you for taking that first step. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space to work together to help you build resilience, regain confidence, and move forward with clarity and purpose. I will tailor our discussion and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage, and I am proud of you for getting started! Let’s begin this journey together!
