I am licensed in Wisconsin with 19 years of professional work experience. I provide specialized trauma therapy to survivors of sexual abuse and assault, and have experience in helping clients with depression, anxiety, emotion regulation, coping and relaxation skills, self esteem, and relationships with others. I focus on client strengths and skill building and work to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
