Dr. Diana Rowan

Dr. Diana Rowan, a highly experienced psychotherapist with over 20 years of practice, offers her support to individuals facing various challenges. Specializing in life crises, depression, anxiety, personal relationship issues, and career guidance, Dr. Rowan believes that everyone deserves a safe and non-judgmental space to engage in self-reflection and explore new ideas. With a trauma-informed approach, she acknowledges and honors each person’s unique experiences that have shaped them. Driven by collaboration, she works hand in hand with clients to harness their strengths and uncover fresh perspectives on relationships, life events, and difficult situations. As a US Army veteran, she particularly excels in assisting veterans and first responders dealing with post-traumatic stress disorder and secondary trauma. Additionally, Dr. Rowan possesses expertise in supporting individuals living with HIV and those who are current or former college or professional athletes. However, she remains open to working with all adults who are seeking help with stress, feelings of overwhelm, confusion, or simply require a trusted confidant to discuss private matters. Dr. Rowan holds a PhD in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Our Lady of the Lake University
