Diane Cantwell (LMHC)

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). I have worked with individuals and families for over 20 years, both online, in schools, and in my private practice. I assist clients to increase confidence, motivation, and self-esteem while achieving their personal goals in the areas of stress reduction, habit modification, and improved interpersonal relationships. I have written and voiced numerous mediation and mindfulness CD’s to help clients successfully reduce stress and overcome anxiety, fears, and phobias. I have a unique background, perspective, and expertise that I bring to the field of counseling. Throughout my youth, I utilized my full potential as a scholar and athlete, achieving recognition as an elite gymnast and a member of the National Honor Society. Over the course of my life, I used my creativity and interest in the welfare of children and families to create educational products designed to get students and their families up and moving towards greater health and well-being with less stress and more motivation to face the challenges of this rapidly changing, high-tech world. In my practice, I designed and facilitated a Wellness and Weight Loss Program to help participants reduce stress and make healthy life choices through diet, exercise, and improved mental outlook. My most notable project, “Body Bingo” is a healthy life program that won the Parents’ Choice Gold Award and is used in schools and educational facilities around the world.
