My specialties are Individual Counseling as well as Personal and Career Coaching. My style is interactive and collaborative. I can help you to explore solutions and can help you gain confidence and self-esteem needed for personal fulfillment and success. I have over 20 years experience assisting clients improve their lives. I believe that being comfortable talking to your therapist is the most important starting point in counseling.
