I am licensed in California with 35 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, coping with grief, coping with loss, parenting issues, motivation, self esteem, & confidence. I also have experience working with coping with life changes including aging and health concerns. As a mature therapist I especially enjoy focusing on women’s issues and life transitions.
