About Eilene Hernandez's service

Hi! My name is Eilene Hernandez, LCSW, and I have worked in the field of counseling, substance abuse and mental health since 2007. I have 8 years of clinical experience assisting adults struggling with mental illness, alcohol/substance abuse and overall life changes using MI, CBT, DBT, Psychotherapy and Harm Reduction. I have experience helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, career difficulties & depression. I work with clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear or judgment. Taking the first step towards self exploration takes courage. I’m here to support you in that process. You owe it to yourself to become the best version of you. I’m here to help you identify your strengths and develop confidence and hope that you can overcome any situation, no matter how big or small. Contact me and let’s talk! I look forward to working with you!
