I’m a trauma-informed psychotherapist with experience supporting adults, young adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and longstanding emotional or relational patterns.
My approach is collaborative, direct, and compassionate. I draw from evidence-based and relational approaches including EMDR, family systems, attachment-focused work, and somatic awareness, while tailoring therapy to each person’s needs and personality. I believe therapy works best when clients feel both emotionally safe and genuinely understood - not judged, pathologized, or pushed into a one-size-fits-all approach.
Many of the people I work with feel overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, disconnected from themselves or others, or caught in recurring patterns around relationships, self-worth, perfectionism, people-pleasing, shame, or anxiety. I also enjoy working with clients exploring identity, sexuality, family dynamics, creative burnout, multicultural experiences, and nontraditional relationship structures.
My style tends to be warm, thoughtful, and conversational, while still helping clients build practical insight, emotional regulation skills, and meaningful change over time. Therapy with me is a space to slow down, make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface, and develop a more grounded and sustainable relationship with yourself and others.
