I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Oregon with over 3 years of experience working as a psychotherapist. I have worked with clients from a broad range of concerns including anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, relationship issues, family dynamic distresses, poor communication styles, attachment, and emotional abuse, and trauma. Furthermore, I have worked in the field of social work and mental health for over 8 years assisting individuals’ part of the Sever Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI) population recover and regain their lives back to the fullest. I take a non-judgmental, caring, person-centered and collaborative approach to facilitating therapy.
