Hello! My name is Elizabeth Julian Smith. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor from the state of Texas. I attended the Lamar University. You are so brave and strong in reaching out to a counselor. We will walk together on this journey of total wellness. I tell clients we are not going to learn how to just “get over it”. We are going to learn to go through it together. I have had experience in anxiety, stress, life planning, depression, and relationship conflicts. I practice Person Centered, CBT, Solution Focused, but I like to tailor my theoretical approach to what my clients need, I am open minded and would like you to feel comfortable in sharing your personal content.
