I also have experience in helping clients from all walks of life with addictions, trauma, anxiety, depression, sexuality, gender identity, interpersonal relationships, career concerns, self esteem, and existential concerns with meaning and spirituality. I aim to create a compassionate, non-judgemental, and empathetic place for you to discuss your concerns. I also use an eclectic variety of therapeutic modalities as I build rapport with you and get familiar with what approach works best for your unique needs.
