Hello! My name is Emma Foster. Welcome and congratulations on making it here! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 11 years experience. I work with individuals, families, adolescents and couples, I believe that it is valuable to engage mind, body and spirit when working toward becoming more aware of self and taking strides toward some level of self improvement. Life’s journey can present with many challenges that can really be hard to navigate. Issues of grief and loss, anxiety, depression and other areas of emotional and mental health are common topics discussed in therapy. We have journeyed through very turbulent times in the face of a global pandemic. We have been able to grow closer together while still trying to honor our peace and balance our lives. Engaging in therapy can be a little scary as well as comforting. I am here to provide support and work collaboratively in helping you to arrive in new and healthy internal spaces that will enhance how you’re able to navigate external places.
