I am licensed in Illinois with 14 years of counseling experience. I have experience helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I also have experience working with depression. My work in counseling has largely been with young adults, including college students and athletes, and I have also provided therapy for children and older adults.
