Hello, I’m Fanta Hardwell, LCSW, LCDC, and SPLSW-Candidate. I am a licensed clinical social worker with more than 12 years of experience supporting adults and families. Reaching out can be one of the hardest and most important steps toward healing. My work centers on mental health and emotional well-being. I provide a compassionate, judgment-free space where you can feel heard and understood. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, stress, trauma, anger, relationship concerns, substance use, and life transitions. My trauma-informed, person-centered approach is guided by your needs, strengths, and goals. As an LCSW, I help clients strengthen coping skills, improve emotional regulation, understand patterns, and build healthier relationships. My services include adult anger management, trauma-informed care for victims of crime, and support for people affected by substance use disorders. I also have specialized training in clinical sport social work, emphasizing athletes’ mental health and emotional well-being. I help athletes address anxiety, stress, identity concerns, relationship difficulties, burnout, and balancing sport with everyday life. I offer a confidential space where athletes can strengthen coping skills and promote well-being within and beyond their sport. You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out. Whether you are managing emotional distress, processing trauma, working toward recovery, learning to manage anger, or trying to regain balance, I will meet you where you are and work alongside you. I believe healing is possible, meaningful change can happen, and every person has the capacity to grow and thrive. Taking the first step does not mean you have failed it means you are ready for something different.
