I work with people who may look capable on the outside but are carrying more than anyone knows. You may be struggling with shame, secrecy, compulsive behaviors, anger, emotional disconnection, infidelity, or relationship strain. Maybe a habit that once helped you cope- drinking, pornography or sex, gambling, withdrawing, or keeping parts of your life hidden- is starting to create consequences. Therapy can be a place to understand what’s happening underneath these patterns, take responsibility without getting stuck in shame, and build more room for choice.

03 · What happens next
Gabriel practises through BetterHelp, so the route in is BetterHelp's. This is that sequence, written by Maker Therapy from the platform's published process - not a description of Gabriel's own practice, and not a promise about how quickly anything happens.
BetterHelp opens with a set of questions about what you are dealing with, what you want from therapy, and any preferences on the therapist. You are not booking Gabriel at this point.
