I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Alabama with 13 years of experience working with individuals, parents, and families. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, and mental health. I also helped many people who have experienced physical and emotional trauma and abuse. My counseling style is warm and compassionate. I believe everyone can reach their full potential and truly experience life to the fullest . I believe in treating everyone with respect, empathy, and compassion. I also believe in creating a safe environment where thoughts, concerns, dreams etc. can be shared. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, solution focused, and client centered.
