Hello! It takes a lot of courage to reach out, doesnโt it? But here you are! Iโm a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Georgia and an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation. I also hold a credential as a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor. My approach is to focus on you as your own unique person with your own thoughts, feelings, struggles, goals, and dreams. My job is to create a sacred space for you, to listen with my whole being, to reflect for you, and to ask you powerful questions which will help you explore, analyze, brainstorm, and discover answers and strengths which lay within you and which you may not yet be aware of. Unlocking motivation is key to moving forward, isnโt it? I believe that this is often found in describing what we love and value and then creating a vision around what we love and value which is compelling and life-giving for us, for our families, and for our friends. A little about me: My own educational adventure started with a B.A. in Liberal Arts, then to a B.Mus. in Music Education. Many years later I felt called to the field of professional counseling and earned a masterโs degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Shortly thereafter I discovered the dynamic field of โlife coachingโ and began training. Every person I meet is full of mystery, pain, beauty, and promise. Let me know if I can assist you! โAdventure is not outside of man; it is within.โ George Eliot
