I am licensed in Florida with 7 years of professional work experience dealing with mental health, substance abuse and any concerning issues a client might face. I have a wide array of experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, coping with addictions, decision-making skills, communication, relationship issues, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence, and depression. These are just to name a few. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you on a day-to-day basis. Client can tell me anything because I’m non-judgmental and here to help. Everybody has their story and each client is unique. My approach is also unique and tailored to each client.
