I am a licensed professional clinical counselor and licensed alcohol and drug counselor in Minnesota with over 17 years of experience working in clinical practice. I work with clients who experience a wide range of symptoms, concerns, and struggles, including (and not limited to) depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar, schizophrenia, substance use issues, relationship issues, parenting stress, complex trauma, identity development, career challenges, and general life adjustment difficulties.
I utilize a person-centered approach and enjoy meeting clients where they are without judgment and with empathy. I believe in treating everyone with respect, kindness, and compassion. My therapeutic approach is eclectic, including cognitive-behavioral, dialectical behavioral, motivational interviewing, psychodynamic, solution focused, and through a trauma lens.
It is brave to seek healing, growth, and to become the evolving best version of yourself. I am excited to meet and journey with you in this season.
