My name is Hamidah Winston. I am a Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina with close to 20 years of experience. I work with clients on a wide range of concerns including: anxiety, depression, relationship issues, parenting problems, and coping techniques. My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. While I often combine cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused techniques, my approach will be on an individual basis.
