I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a BA in Psychology and a Masters in Social Work. My 4 years as a social worker have included experience in social care, residential counseling, group facilitation and providing information as it pertains to community-based resources. As a mental health professional I provide my clients with a person centered approach accompanied by mindfulness therapy. This allows the client to identify self challenges and discover a coping strategy. The goal for my clients is to finish therapy sessions with a sense of validation, acceptance and perseverance.

Harmoni practises through BetterHelp, so the route in is BetterHelp's. This is that sequence, written by Maker Therapy from the platform's published process - not a description of Harmoni's own practice, and not a promise about how quickly anything happens.

A first session is typically history and orientation: what brought you, what has been tried, what you want to be different. It is also where the questions in the next section belong.
