I live in Vermont and have over 20 years of mental health experience with children, families, and adults. I have a graduate degree in clinical psychology and I am a licensed psychologist-master. I have provided psychotherapy and also supervised students and new therapists working toward getting licensed. My clients have sought help with issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, family conflicts, parenting, and pregnancy/postpartum concerns. I pull from a variety of approaches, believing things are not one-size-fits-all. Together we work on coping skills, communication, relationships, and healing from painful or difficult experiences. My training includes: Postpartum Support International, Mothers & Babies, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality, psychodynamic therapy, cognitive and behavioral therapy, and mindfulness. I believe mental health is supported through an individualized daily practice of habits, actions, and behaviors. My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe place for you to reflect on past experiences, address current problems, and explore ways you can live a happier and healthier life.
