Heidi McCarty (LPC)

I am licensed in Wyoming with 3 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, abuse, motivation, self esteem, & confidence. I also have experience working with depression. I am level 2 certified in Gottman Therapy Method. I am also EMDR certified and can use EMDR therapy over Telehealth. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I believe there is good in everyone and that sometimes we lose our way and need help getting to a positive or happy point in our life. I love working with people to take those steps and encourage them to make changes to find their true happiness in life.
