Helen Cruz is a highly skilled and experienced therapist who is fluent in both English and Spanish. With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UCF and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Argosy University in Sarasota, she has a strong educational background in the field.
