My name is Holly Mitchell and I have worked as a counselor for 11 years. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I am dedicated to helping clients succeed when faced with difficulties. Inspired by each individual’s potential to strengthen resiliency and healing, I provide quality counseling in a relaxed and comfortable setting. I have worked extensively with clients that present with: anxiety, grief, trauma, stress, relationship success, adjustments, and depression. Regardless of what we will face, we must trust that we will emerge triumphant. My personal compassion and motivation leads me to pursue ongoing training opportunities to remain up to date on the most effective treatments to help my clients achieve their goals.
