I am a licensed behavioral health therapist in the state of Michigan with over thirty five years of experience as a psychotherapist. I have worked with individuals (including teens and adults), couples and family groups. I have worked with individuals who had concerns with depression, anxiety, marital and relational issues, substance use. I have also helped people with trauma and cutting issues. I have also worked with women and men who have experienced physical and emotional traumas, abuse, grief and loss. My therapy style is intent listening with concern non-judgmental manner. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity and compassion. I work as a guide to help clients discover what is best for them. My approach combines client centered, cognitive behavioral, humanistic and rational emotive therapies. Each client is different and therapy is tailored to their particular needs. I have a Masters degree in social work and a Masters degree in counseling from the state of Michigan. It takes courage to step out and seek a more satisfying and fulfilling life.
