I am licensed in California with 25 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping both adolescents and adults with stress and anxiety, childhood trauma and abuse, & depression. I also have experience working with post traumatic stress disorder, (PTSD), as well as concentration, memory and focus (ADHD).
