Jade Miles

Jade Miles is a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC) based in Minnesota. With a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a bachelor’s degree in psychology, Jade offers an informal approach to counseling that is tailored to the needs of her clients. She specializes in utilizing various skills and techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy, with a client-centered perspective. Jade believes in empowering her clients and sees her role as a teacher, supporter, explorer, and guide in helping them manage the difficult symptoms and experiences they are facing. Outside of her professional life, Jade has a passion for cooking, reading, knitting, and spending time outdoors. While she may not excel at video games, she is always eager to learn and grow.
