The emphasis on my training is in child, adolescent and family therapy. I received a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology at Antioch University of New England. I specialize in eating disorders and I have a combined 35 years experience as a psychotherapist. I am certified in eating disorders. I have implemented Bio-Feedback as a tool. It has significantly reduced stress in people with ADD/ADHD, anger management, anxiety, and panic disorders. This system has also been found to effectively manage pain I trained in Okinawa, Japan, focusing on meditation, and presently I have a 8th degree black belt.
