Thank you for being here and especially having a look at my profile. After all you have taken the first step in reducing the stigma about “…asking for help.” I’m an independent mental health practitioner in the State of Nebraska and nationally certified counselor. For over three years I have been engaged in the mental health sector. My experience ranges from Pk-12 school counseling to clinical work with adults and couples at various points of life. I take a narrative approach to therapeutic work and seek to meet you where you are.
