Welcome to BetterHelp! I am a licensed clinical social worker licensed in the states of Tennessee, Maine, Massachusetts and New Jersey with 22 years of experience as a clinical therapist. I have worked with clients providing individual, family, couples, and group therapy. I have been treating clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, grief and loss, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, caregiver burnout, trauma and substance abuse. I am trained in and am able to provide cognitive-behavioral (CBT), dialectical behavior (DBT), and psychodynamic approach to therapy.
