Jeanne Tilseth

Jeanne Tilseth is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over 19 years of experience in treating Adolescents and adults. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Applied Behavioral Science and a Masters degree in Developmental Psychology from National Louis University. Jeanne is certified in addictions and is also a Christian Counselor. Her expertise lies in treating trauma and addictions, although she has experience in treating a wide range of diagnoses and mental health issues. Jeanne utilizes various therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive behavioral therapy, Dialectical behavioral therapy, Solution focused therapy, and Psychodynamic therapy, tailoring the treatment to the individual and their specific condition. As a Wellness Counselor, Jeanne takes a holistic approach to healing, addressing the emotional, mental, social, physical, and spiritual aspects of her clients’ well-being. She is dedicated to teaching personal growth and recovery throughout the lifespan and looks forward to working with individuals on their journey towards healing, development, and personal growth.
