Jeffrey Randall

Jeffrey Randall is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 7 years of postgraduate experience as a mental health therapist. He has extensive experience working with children, teens, transition aged youth, adults, and families in various areas of social work, including disability services, HIV/AIDS, juvenile detention, youth homelessness, public schools, fitness coaching, primary care, and community mental health clinics. As a therapist, Jeffrey utilizes client-centered, attachment-based, and solution-focused approaches to help his clients gain a deeper understanding of their strengths and struggles. He firmly believes that clients are the experts of their own lives and his role is to assist them in recognizing patterns and gaining insights. Through the use of mindfulness practices, motivational interviewing, dialectical behavioral therapy, and cognitive behavioral approaches, Jeffrey empowers his clients to strengthen their relationship with themselves and improve their lives in a manner that is most meaningful to them. He eagerly looks forward to collaborating with clients on their journey towards personal growth and well-being.
