Jennifer Redlin (LPC)

I am licensed in Virginia and Iowa with 9 years of professional counseling experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, and depression. I specialize in confidence, self-esteem and self-image and identity issues. I have extensive training and experience treating issues that stem from trauma, abuse and shame. I’ve worked with clients of all ages and from a variety of backgrounds. My approach to treatment prioritizes client respect and compassion, free from judgment and sensitive to your unique needs. I am truly passionate about helping my clients. I feel so lucky I get to walk alongside you on your journey. We live in wild and uncertain times, to say the least.
