Jessica Link is a dedicated and compassionate psychotherapist who is committed to helping individuals on their journey towards healing and personal growth. With a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and a Master’s degree in Social Work from Colorado State University, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her practice. Jessica takes a holistic and client-centered approach, incorporating evidence-based methods with alternative techniques such as texting or phone calls to ensure her clients feel comfortable and engaged in the therapeutic process. She believes in identifying and building upon the positive aspects that already exist within each individual, while also incorporating the mind, body, and spirit in her work. As a licensed clinical social worker, life coach, and registered yoga instructor, Jessica draws from her diverse professional background to create a supportive and non-judgmental space for her clients. Whether working with at-risk youth, families, couples, or individuals, Jessica is a highly involved and active therapist who is dedicated to helping her clients achieve their goals and find true personal growth and self-discovery.
