While that may not seem like much, I am well equipped in helping others figure out this thing we call life. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, parenting and life transitions. My style is interactive, open and empathic. My goal is to create a warm, supportive environment in which my clients can feel safe to explore their emotions in order to reach their full potential. My approach is warm, non-judgmental, conversational and collaborative.
